We are an ideal resource that meet the needs of the Court, legal, employment, or other requirement. Our programs are State regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Our programs are also beneficial for personal growth and education. The courses are educationally based and aimed at teaching skills to better understand the effects of alcohol, drug and substance use, abuse, dependence, tolerance, withdrawal and recovery. DWI Education (DWI-E)
Our State approved DWI Education program will assist you with meeting court requirements. Our program has three clear objectives for each participant:
1. To gain knowledge about the effects of alcohol and other drugs on driving skills.
2. To identify the risk factors associated with a drinking/drugged driving pattern.
3. To develop a plan of action to reduce the chance that you will be involved in future DWI behavior.
DWI & DRUG EDUCATION COURT PROGRAMS will cover these objectives and much more during our standardized DWI Education program. Earn your certificate in 3 days after you complete 12 hours of classroom instruction.

Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP)
Our State approved Drug Offender Education Program (DOEP) will assist you with meeting court and/or the Department of Public Safety/Department of Motor Vehicle requirements. DWI & DRUG EDUCATION COURT PROGRAMS implement DOEP with the specific purpose of educating participants on the dangers of drug use and abuse. Our program has three clear objectives for each participant:
1. To gain information on the effects of drug use and abuse on the individual, family, society and community.
2. To identify patterns of drug use and abuse.
3. To develop a plan for positive lifestyle changes.
DWI & DRUG EDUCATION COURT PROGRAMS will cover these objectives and much more during our standardized Drug Offender Education Program. Earn your certificate in 5 days after you complete 15 hours of classroom instruction.

DWI Intervention (DWI-I)
Our State approved DWI-I Intervention Program, previously known as the Repeat Offender Education Program (ROEP), will assist you with meeting court and the Department of Public Safety/Department of Motor Vehicle requirements. DWI & DRUG EDUCATION COURT PROGRAMS implement a comprehensive program with a minimum of 30 hours, and maximum 32 hours, which is designed for individuals with multiple DWIs who have alcohol/drug related problems for which the DWI Education program for first time offenders was not designed to address. The purpose of the program is to bring awareness of the alcohol/drug abusing lifestyles of the offenders. This program will encourage consideration for the appropriate treatment/intervention, in order to prevent further substance abuse related problems. Specific course topics include lifestyle issues, values, self-esteem, positive thinking vs. irrational beliefs, responsibility, physiological/psychological effects of drugs, alcoholism, chemical dependency, how drug abuse effects family members, co-dependency, Al-Anon, treatment options, 12 Step Self Help Groups, peer pressure, relapse prevention, problem solving and action planning.

Alcohol Education Program for Minors (AEPM)
Our State approved Alcohol Education Program for Minors will include instruction on social values, alcohol industry advertisement, alcohol and young people, alcohol and accidents, laws relating to young people and alcohol, drinking problems among young people, and decision making. Young people will be empowered to develop good judgment in order to mitigate any risk that relates with alcohol consumption. AEPM requires a total of 6 hours.

Our programs are operated in full compliance with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulations standards, and are STATE REGULATED AND COURT APPROVED. MADD/Victim Impact Panel Live (VIP) is also available.
